Sylvester Productions strengthens its shareholding and Board of Directors
Haacht-based audiovisual production and event agency Sylvester Productions announces that Ben Laloux (Head of Events) and Bart Fagard (Head of Client Services & Strategy) have joined as managing partners.
Their entry into the shareholding confirms their strong growth within the company and the sector, and their many years of experience provide an important guarantee for the continuity of further strategic development.
Together with CEO Geert Vanoverschelde, they have effectively built Sylvester over the past few years into a reputable and leading audiovisual production company and event agency. Under their leadership, the 35-person team is establishing itself as a strategic partner in events and video.
In the same transaction, Mr. Bart De Smet was appointed as an independent director of Sylvester Productions. Bart De Smet is chairman of Ageas and a director of several companies.
Sylvester started in 1993 as a television production company and successfully transformed into a strategic event, video, and TV agency. Today, the full-service agency supports numerous government bodies and companies with impactful projects for employees, clients, and stakeholders, based on co-creation and storytelling. Their clients include Telenet, Siemens, Guberna, Baloise, POAB, the City of Leuven, VRT, VOKA Chamber of Commerce Flemish Brabant, and various federal, Flemish, and city governments.
For Bart Fagard, investing in the capital is a conscious entrepreneurial step: "It's a way to take responsibility and establish a lasting presence in Sylvester's future.
