To celebrate its 50 years in Oudenaarde, Samsonite wanted to thank its staff with an unforgettable evening of food and entertainment. Forum Europe | OFCORES organised a fun evening around the theme of travelling with a reception and walking dinner for around 750 guests followed by entertainment. 

Forum Europe | OFCORES took care of the logistics from A-Z, starting with the entire branding for the event complete with boarding passes, a check in desk and airport security checkpoint, clouds and even a walk through flight.

Decorations were kept sustainable with a botanical flare, while the food was from around the world and featured food stands of different cuisines such as Italian, Belgian, Asia and (South) American.

With 2 photo booths, a cycling challenge and 3 different bands / DJs, guests were entertained from start to finish.
