Safety Meeting Vestas BRS/NW2 10 & 24/05
Just like last year, we were again well received! We rented the Mercator meeting room for 2 afternoons and ate at the food truck in front of the building entrance. Tables were provided where we could eat standing up. In the meeting room we received refreshments in the form of fruit juice, water, biscuits and we used the coffee machine. The room was divided in theater style and equipped with 2 projection screens/beamers and good acoustics. Communication before and during the event was perfect. Thank you to Eveline and Tuur for taking good care of us!

Good location and good reception
We were very satisfied with the layout of the small rooms, as well as the large meeting room. With the 3 projection screens, everyone could follow the meeting in front of a large VME.
Beautiful large halls with excellent guidance where necessary. So everything went well. More than enough parking spaces are also available.

A customer event organized in Bluebridge in Ostend. Communication went very smoothly during both the preparation and the event itself. Everything went smoothly in the well-equipped meeting rooms, including the catering! Recommended!

Good and location and very good event planning
We used the Mercator room for an partner meeting as well as an international research conference. Sufficient rooms are available, lots of light and good acoustics. Smooth service, good care and flexibility. We were also able to carry out a technology test in advance, which helped us a lot when planning our conference. At the beginning of our international research conference there were a few technical problems, but these were quickly solved by the responsible technicians.
