Easy, flexible and effective!
For years, we chose to host our events on our own premises, organizing everything ourselves: catering, technical equipment and support, photographers, streaming, venues. For once we decided to outsource the event organization in order to support a larger conference and save some effort. The result was better than expected: efficient communication, without waste of time/ holistic organization, we only had to deal with the content of our event/ amazing food, everyone commented the quiches/ beautiful premises, lots of light/ kind people. Overall, we had no issues whatsoever and all our guests enjoyed their time, high quality and professional services.
I had the pleasure of organizing an event at the Blue Point for visit.brussels. I emphasize professional, attentive and available service, quality follow-up before, during and after the event. The rooms are equipped with state-of-the-art technologies. And what I especially want to highlight is the quality catering which delighted the taste buds of the guests with original proposals and full of flavors, which change from what we see everywhere today. Thank you to the whole team for having greatly contributed to the success of the event!
Ideal location for your events
We organized our annual event on digital technologies in the tourism sector. The place lent itself very well for the event which consisted of a part with conferences then a part with stands/demo corner and networking.
The rooms are very well equipped and the place is welcoming.
The catering/walking dinner was of high quality with seasonal products.
I particularly thank Rany Ayoub and Laurent Coessens for the organization but also the use of the Green Key studio for our entrepreneurs.
A perfect place to organize a conference with a very high technical level and excellent project support
We hosted our annual Weather Satellite Conference at BluePoint in September 2022. We streamed portions of the program and held numerous side events, some of which were in a hybrid format. All conference rooms are very modern, comfortable and technically very well equipped. The auditorium is stunning, with a large projection wall and great lighting effects. It was the perfect setting for our high-level sessions.
The project team supported us very well; I would particularly like to thank Laura Van Hoorick and Laurent Coessens, who helped put in place the conditions for a successful event. The technical equipment meets the highest expectations. The technicians and caterer were very customer oriented, professional and extremely efficient. It was a real pleasure to work with all of them.
The poster and sponsor display area was very well laid out and the catering area was nicely decorated and welcoming. The team offered a special service allowing conference participants to pre-order lunches to take away or eat in the Bluepoint restaurant. The food was excellent and it was easy to order. There is also a very pleasant outdoor area with opportunities to sit while taking in the fresh air. I highly recommend this venue for a conference or event.
