Bed-Stay
- Veersteeg 1, 4212 LR Spijk, Netherlands
Bed-Stay provides modular sleeping solutions that make a difference at any event requiring temporary overnight accommodation. From festivals to large-scale events, we ensure that crew, volunteers, or staff always have a place to truly rest after a long day. What makes us unique is the ease with which our system is set up. No tools needed, no complicated manuals, and no parts to worry about. With two people, you are ready for use within five minutes, which means you can switch quickly between setup and teardown, even when the schedule is tight.
But speed isn't the only thing we care about. At an event, amidst thousands of visitors and hours of activity, everyone also needs a moment to themselves. That's why we think beyond just setting up a bed. With our privacy curtains and the ability to create separate rooms, we ensure that crew and staff have their own place to unwind, even in the midst of the event's hustle and bustle.
At Bed-Stay, we believe that a well-rested crew is the key to a successful event.

Carnival in Halle is a huge celebration. Thousands of people in the streets, music, confetti, and a city in a festive mood. But behind the scenes, police officers, firefighters, and volunteers from Red Cross Flanders work day and night to keep that celebration safe. They deserve a good night's rest, just like everyone else.
