I am the Event Manager who helps real estate and construction companies to interest potential buyers, inform local residents and congratulate buyers by organizing tailor-made Events.
There are several steps in the process towards the completion of a new construction project that are worth celebrating.
- First, of course, an information evening to present the new construction plans to the neighborhood and interested parties (potential buyers).
- Then a cozy start building drink on the construction site or in an adjacent pub or community center to give the starting shot and toast to a smooth construction.
- Reaching the highest point in construction is also a milestone to consider. In arable land we call this PANNIER, and this is highly appreciated (especially with the builders).
- And finally, the icing on the cake, a final reception drink in the form of a meet-your-neighbors drink with a festive touch and possibly extra attention for the small new residents.
