The Lounge is a multifunctional room where atmosphere is central. You can choose to hire only our hall or to have a total concept developed by our team of creative and experienced event organizers. And that always in line with your predetermined budget. Every assignment, both business and private, is carefully worked out with an eye for detail.

Beverage formula(s):
If you take a lump sum formula, you can choose to spoil your guests with a welcome drink, but you can also fly right in.
Drinks via The Lounge:
Staff is included.
Evening party all-in max 9 hours without reception/welcome drink: € 29 per person.
Reception between 1 and 2 hours: € 5 pp
Welcome drink without reception: € 3 pp
Order drinks all-in at the bar max 9 hours € 28 pp
Drinks all-in with wines at the table max 9 hours: € 32 pp
Own drinks:
There is always a room manager present as a point of contact at parties where the customer organizes everything himself.
30-60 people: 1000 euros
61-100 persons: 1500 euros
101-150 persons: 1800 euros
151-200 persons: 2200 euros
200+ persons: 2500 euros
Subject to special dates such as Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day. Then we may charge a (small) surcharge for the double personnel costs.
Furniture:
6 cocktail tables included
Lounge corner for 30 people included
You are free to furnish the room yourself as you wish. You decide on the furniture, furnishings, decoration, etc. That is why the normal dining tables are not included as standard.
Modern design tables incl. 10 chairs and standard table decoration: 50 euros rental cost
Extra furniture, cocktail tables, lounge, decoration, etc. are calculated according to your wishes.
DJ:
We have a network of DJs and can bring someone in. On average, a DJ charges between 450 and 550 euros for his services.
Other wishes are always discussed personally. Contact us without obligation and we will be happy to meet you in the room. We will be happy to answer all your further questions on site and give you a tour.
Parking:
There is parking for 500 cars nearby within walking distance (1 to 4 minutes walk)
