Down Under is a unique catering location in the central Netherlands. With its own beach, Down Under Outback for events, restaurant, various meeting rooms and beautiful terraces located on the Laagravenseplas. Delicious food, attractive ambiance and hospitable service is what you can expect from our team. For several years in a row we have been able to organize a lot of beautiful events from wedding to family party and from team outing to annual company party. We are happy to help you to tailor-make your event. Down Under is located directly on the A12 and has ample (free) parking. In addition, there is a bus stop within 5 minutes walking distance with a direct connection to Utrecht central.

Melbourne Hall
The Melbourne Room is one of two small meeting rooms from Down Under. The total capacity of this room is 8 people with an area of 18m². This room has a beautiful, large, oval table and you can use a smartboard, conference box, extension cords, notepads and meeting tokens free of charge.
Brisbane Room
The Brisbane Room is one of two small conference rooms from Down Under. The total capacity of this room is 10 people with an area of 23 m². This room has a beautiful, large, oval table and you can use a smartboard, conference box, extension cords, notepads and meeting tokens free of charge. The Brisbane room is a small space but with a grand view! The room has French doors with access to a beautiful roof terrace with a view over the Laagravenseplas.
Sydney room
The Sydney room is Down Under's largest conference room with a capacity of 120 people. The Sydney room has French doors that provide access to a roof terrace. In addition, this room has a projection screen and sound system that can be used free of charge. Just like a conference box, extension cord, notepads and meeting mints.
In addition, all our rooms have:

After an intensive meeting you can actively close the day at Down Under. We offer various packages for relaxation and team building. Decide for yourself which activity you want to do. We offer more than 20 activities, so that there is always an outing that suits you in our range. In addition to the various outdoor activities, there is also the option to organize a party with a DJ or a band in our Down Under Outback.
