Professional tool and so easy to use
Momice is an easy tool with which you can design your events in a professional way. The tool saves you a lot of time as an organizer, but the invitees also benefit from it.
All in one
I have been working with Momice for several years now and I am very satisfied. For my event they offer an all-in-one package, such as participant registration, mailings and participant survey. You can create your event website in your own (house) style. Working with Momice is not difficult and if I cannot figure it out, I am quickly helped by the support at Momice.
Top product!
Last year we used Momice for various fairs and events. We are very enthusiastic and satisfied with this software. It is easy to use, and there are many options and possibilities. It is handy that everything is in 1, it saves a lot of time and Momice is constantly developing new features every so often.
Momice is a customer-friendly company that likes to think along and help. They offer various training courses and sessions that ensure that you can use the software even better. Momice is an absolute must!
Staff party
For the staff party we used the momice website and scan app. Everything works smoothly and Momice can always be reached when something threatens to go wrong. Very good support and if you have a request that is not possible via the website, they will try everything to do it for you They are open to feedback and will also work on it.

Momice review - green energy party
First, a Momice version was prepared by my colleagues for the Green Energy Party event, but during the transition to the new version with more options (ticket and layout) I was responsible for the further course of the registration procedures and layout. That did not always go smoothly, but the solutions Momice always recommended slipped the folds tight again and helped us move forward again. It was precisely through that transition that I learned a lot and discovered many additional options that make it more pleasant and fun for our participants. The options of the registration procedures and QR codes also run smoothly and are a great support both during and after the event. So I am satisfied and I am already looking forward to realizing the next events together with Momice.
Advantages are: user-friendly, clear, complete option package, confidential, support, price, training and helpline / link, extensive layout options, ..
Downsides are: Lists of participants upload and upload options are sometimes confusing / CVS and Excel sometimes do not match and the Momice template is not always clear, photo and text options take a long time to achieve the optimal result (many and pasting) but that is understandable ...
Topsport Amsterdam and Momice
Since 2014, we have been using the Momice tool for our BusinessClub events at Topsport Amsterdam. After the update of April 2018, we can make the invitation emails and event website even better. More choices but easy to implement. Your own template designs with your own look and feel are easy to save for the next event.
Especially the guest list with the option to upload your photo reduces the 'distance' between the visitors at our BusinessClub events. Ultimately, it is all about interaction and this increases the chance of this.
User-friendly and clear
Momice is a very user-friendly registration system. With different parties, and therefore different address lists, we constantly had a good overview and insight into numbers (absent, registered, etc.). The service from MoMice was also superlative. Nothing was too much, very clear explanation, good and fast help.
Good system and perfect service!
Momice is an easy and good system to work with when dealing with registration and communication processes. But the service is much better! From the first introductory meeting, to the training and telephone support: all employees are very friendly and customer-oriented. The contact is personal and they value feedback.
The system already offers many possibilities, but is constantly evolving. The employees are therefore happy to do their best to answer all questions satisfactorily and to explore additional options where necessary. So I happily recommend Momice!
The first look and feel of your event is of enormous value.
I personally value beautiful images very much. The 'look and feel' of a website often determines whether I will stay there for a while. I also find that very important for my own events, after all, you only make a first impression once. I can easily set up the Momice event website and by means of colors and images it still gets a look and feel that suits me and my product or company. On June 1, 2018, I launched the event website for the Location Congress with the new Momice design. Responses I got back from my network: "wow that looks good lin!" or "nice program and it looks professional". Of course it's all about the overall picture, but the first impression is entirely due to the functionality of Momice, which makes the online presentation look great. The invitation tool and the possibility to communicate quickly and easily with (potential) participants / customers is a great bonus and makes it complete. The above means that I am now a 'super fan'. I have already recommended Momice to many event managers and will continue to do so for the time being.

We always use Momice for our member events. The invitation and registration process always runs via this system. Momice is very user-friendly and otherwise there is always a helpdesk available that will help you with great pleasure and expertise. The advantage of this system is that you can design your event site and the invitations yourself within the fixed pattern. Within the user dashboard you can easily keep track of the status of the registrations. The data can be easily exported, so that it can be used for other purposes such as badges. Momice also contains a handy evaluation tool, so that participants can give feedback on the event. In short, a nice tool to work with independently that also provides useful information.
