Kasteelschutters provides medieval Medieval Workshops, Activities and Events for all ages and target groups at special locations also near you. Castle Archers organizes Company parties, Family celebrations, Children's parties, Medieval do and listening days, Medieval Workshops such as 'Make your own Medieval Arrow', 'Chain mail braiding', 'Medieval Archery', 'Medieval Tales' and 'Weapon Demonstrations'. All this is possible at our location Buitengoed Dorrepaal in Leidschendam-Voorburg and at one of our Castle or Fortress locations in the Netherlands, but also at your own location. Buitengoed Dorrepaal is a special location of the Middin Foundation where clients with mild intellectual disabilities work. We have been working with them since 2013 and also help clients with the activities that an arc job entails, but above all to make them part of our society. It is possible to use us as a separate activity or as part of an event. We can also organize a complete Medieval event for you with a wide range of different Medieval activities. Our fully mobile medieval decorated archery range can be set up at any location and the workshops are given by experienced instructors. The participants imagine themselves in a medieval atmosphere and the instructors wear medieval clothing. Through the collaboration with Historical Associations, Heritage Sites, Primary, Secondary and Pabo Schools, Museums and Castles, we offer not only a fun entertainment value, but also a solid educational value about History and our Heritage in the Netherlands.
