For The Night of the T-Roc at Volkswagen Groep Thoen in Ninove, we turned to Frontline Company, and it proved to be the right choice. The collaboration went smoothly from start to finish: professional, smooth, and organized.
The two hostesses, Laura and Justine, were a real asset to the event. They were not only extremely pleasant and easy to talk to, but also a pleasure to work with. Their appearance and attitude perfectly matched the premium experience we wanted to create with Volkswagen.
The styling was also spot on: the glitter dresses provided just the right amount of flair and elegance, completely in line with the atmosphere and character of the event.
In short: Frontline Company delivered quality, class, and reliability. A partnership we would definitely be happy to repeat.

Voor The Night of the T-Roc bij Volkswagen Groep Thoen in Ninove deden we een beroep op Frontline Company, en die keuze bleek meteen de juiste. De samenwerking verliep van begin tot eind vlekkeloos: professioneel, vlot en georganiseerd.

Smooth cooperation
The Frontline Company relieved us of our worries during the Kanaalfeesten by providing staff for our entire festival site as well as a coordinator on site to ensure everything ran smoothly. We were very pleased with the smooth cooperation, both in the run-up to and during the event. The staff were very enthusiastic and were good at their job. Gazet van Antwerpen would like to express our appreciation for the excellent work FrontLine has done during the 10 Miles event of 2025. The hostesses were professional, friendly and very helpful. Both the responsible and the hostesses themselves have made a great contribution to the success of the event.
What we appreciate:
Professionalism: The hostesses were well prepared and knew exactly what was expected of them.
Friendliness: They were always friendly and helpful, which added to the atmosphere of the event.
Flexibility: Despite the plates running out early, the hostesses remained positive and did an excellent job.
Efficiency: The shifts were perfectly planned and the hostesses were present at the right times and places.

The hostesses were not only friendly and approachable, but also knowledgeable about our products and services. They welcomed visitors with a smile and made everyone feel comfortable. Their help in answering questions and providing support was invaluable.

Fantastic service for our gender reveal!
We are Annelien and James and would like to share our great experience with The Frontline Company. For our gender reveal they provided two employees who did a fantastic job. From the first contact, the communication with Peter was very smooth and professional. On the day itself, the employees were not only punctual, but also incredibly friendly and helpful.
What struck us most was that they immediately saw what needed to be done and got to work without hesitation. They worked proactively and made sure everything went smoothly. Their professionalism and enthusiasm made the day extra special for us and our guests. And all this for a fair price!

Wij zijn Annelien en James en willen graag onze geweldige ervaring met The Frontline Company delen. Voor onze gender reveal leverden zij twee medewerkers die echt fantastisch werk hebben geleverd. Vanaf het eerste contact verliep de communicatie met Peter heel vlot en professioneel. Op de dag zelf waren de medewerkers niet alleen stipt op tijd, maar ook ontzettend vriendelijk en behulpzaam.
Wat ons vooral opviel, was dat ze meteen zagen wat er moest gebeuren en zonder aarzelen de handen uit de mouwen staken. Ze werkten proactief en zorgden ervoor dat alles vlekkeloos verliep. Excellent Hostess Services
For a 2 day event, we hired a hostess to help manage our booth. The hostess was very efficient and capable. She started helping immediately with the set-up and ran the booth perfectly during the two days without any need for constant reminders or direction.
Very professional and friendly, I would definitely recommend!

Promotion people were scheduled for a job in Luxembourg at relatively short notice. Completely well organized and an end customer who was very satisfied with the people.
Arranging in advance was also very nice: super fast response to emails. Communication ran very smoothly. Will definitely use this agency for Belgium and Luxembourg more often.

Had my first event last January with hired staff from The Frontline Company. I was pleasantly surprised. I had 1 point of contact and she arranged everything regarding the work and communication with the hired staff. I was completely relieved. This way I could focus on other tasks again. The next event with staff from The Frontline is already planned.

Fast and excellent service!
To facilitate a reception at our exhibition stand, we had to look for reliable help at the last minute due to the illness of a colleague. Requested in the afternoon and confirmed almost immediately. Our hostess arrived perfectly by appointment in the evening and took care of us completely by taking care of the reception independently. Friendly service, good organization and perfect multitasking (replenishing stock, cleaning up, serving drinks, presenting snacks). We were very satisfied.

Voor het faciliteren van een receptie op onze beursstand moesten we -door ziekte van een collega- last-minute op zoek naar betrouwbare hulp. 's Middags aangevraagd en vrijwel onmiddellijk bevestigd. Onze hostess kwam 's avonds perfect op afspraak en heeft ons helemaal ontzorgd door zelfstandig de receptie te verzorgen. Hostess at MATEXPO 2023
During the MATEXPO 2023 fair, which ran from 06-09-23 to 10-09-23, we hired a hostess via The Frontline Company.
The lady who strengthened our team was a hit. She scored a 10/10 in terms of attitude as well as language skills and spontaneity towards customers.
Communication with the people at the agency also went smoothly and correctly.

Gedurende de beurs MATEXPO 2023, die liep van 06-09-23 tem 10-09-23, hebben wij een hostess ingehuurd via The Frontline Company.
De dame die ons team versterkt heeft was een schot in de roos. Zowel qua attitude alsook naar taalvaardigheid en spontaniteit naar de klanten toe scoorde zij een 10/10.
Ook de communicatie met de mensen van het bureau verliep vlot en correct.

This year we are organizing three customer events, each at a different location: We also wanted to take the level to a higher level.

More than a hostess!
I have really enjoyed working with The Frontline Company. Peter thought along very well and knew how to provide me with good advice and to deploy the right ladies.

On April 20, we booked a hostess through The Frontline Company, I have rarely been helped so well. Very pleasant and clear communication in advance, quick responses by email and all in all very desirable contact with Peter and Margot. During Horecatel in Marche en Famenne we called on Frontline.
Julie Rombaut fulfilled her role as a bartender perfectly. It was very nice working with her. Meanwhile, at the Frontline, they know which people we need as a brewery and they respond eagerly to that. Thank you Julie for the great service and also for the entire team of The Frontline Company.

In the meantime, we have worked with The Frontline Company a number of times and we (and our customers) are always very satisfied with the hostesses. Always super friendly and professional people who were well briefed in advance by The Frontline Company itself. Communication with the "core" team of The Frontline Company is always flawless. They are always ready to help (even with last minute questions) and are always available if you need them. So real toppers!

Enormous added value for our exhibition participation
It is the second time in a row that we use a hostess for our public fairs.
And it is just like the second time that we have seen the enormous added value of this.
The hostess not only takes work off your hands, they always ensured that potential customers were lured to our stand.
This last time, the hostess even managed to answer some basic questions herself within a few hours, which relieved our sales team and the prospects already partly remained linked to our stand.
We have become a fan of the concept and the services that the Frontline Company offers.

Het is de tweede keer op rij dat we gebruik maken van een hostess voor onze publieke beurzen.
En het is evenals de tweede keer dat we hiervan de enorme meerwaarde hebben van gezien.

This time we were again positively surprised by the enthusiastic event models provided by the Frontline Company.
The girls completely immersed themselves in the theme. The visitors received a very friendly welcome and were all open to participate in the research on the contribution of the Belgian citizen to a more sustainable, healthy, transparent and circular food economy.

We work together with the people of The Frontline Company on a regular basis. For our photobooths we often need hosts/hostesses/supervisors who help the guests in the various photo animations. The hosts/hostesses/supervisors already receive a first briefing via the people of the Frontline Company, which makes it very easy for us to give the specific briefing on site. Even with special requests from our customers, we can always contact Peter and the team to discuss the best solution.

We called on the Company to strengthen our permanent team at an event (serving/mise en place/tapping). We were assigned 5 very different employees, each with their own qualities, but all polite, easy to deal with and real initiators. It didn't ask any organization from us: send an email and there they were, at the requested time, dressed according to the requested dress code and ready to fly in + see the work for themselves. Hence: great!

We kregen 5 heel verschillende werkkrachten toegewezen met elk hun eigen kwaliteiten, maar stuk voor stuk beleefd, vlot in de omgang en echte initiatief-nemers. Het vroeg van ons geen enkele organisatie: een mailtje sturen en daar stonden ze, op het gevraagde tijdstip, gekleed volgens gevraagde dresscode en klaar om erin te vliegen + zelf het werk te zien. The nicest parking attendants
Maëlle, Jawad and Fabio helped a lot during our event! Not only did they do their original job as parking attendants fantastic, they were also kind enough to help us with the demolition after the agreed hours. Very pleasant to work with. Definitely recommend!

Collaboration in connection with the motor show in our showrooms
Since the motor show could not take place in Brussels in 2021, we called on The Frontline Company. They have supported us very well by providing informants who had the assignment to take care of the first contact with our customers. And they did an excellent job! The contact with Peter was also excellent, always very accessible, solution-oriented and transparent with regard to budget. Only a positive experience and we will also call on them next year thanks to the good results.

Gezien in 2021 het autosalon niet kon plaats vinden in Brussel, hebben we beroep gedaan op The Frontline Company. Zij hebben ons ontzettend goed ondersteund door het aanleveren van informanten die de opdracht hadden het eerste contact met onze klanten te verzorgen. En dat hebben ze uitstekend gedaan! KonseptS has been working with The Frontline Company for quite some time, mainly in the field of Reception staff. We also come back again and again, they always ask for a clear briefing and that indicates to us that they take every assignment seriously. In the meantime we also know which of the ladies and gentlemen what our "favorites" are and that makes it handy. Positive experiences are recorded and an attempt is made to send as many "the same" people as possible. We appreciate that very much. The pricing is correct, so no reason to just go shopping with others. It is pleasant to work together, we receive a quick response. And if there was something less (we continue to work with people, not goods) then we can also discuss this openly. That is worth a lot!

KonseptS werkt al geruime tijd met The Frontline Company samen, voornamelijk op het vlak van Onthaalpersoneel. We komen ook keer op keer terug, er wordt altijd naar een duidelijke briefing gevraagd en dat duidt voor ons dat ze elke opdracht au serieux nemen. Ondertussen weten we natuurlijk ook wie van de dames en heren zo wat onze "favorieten" zijn en dat maakt het ook wel handig. Positieve ervaringen worden bijgehouden en er wordt getracht zo veel mogelijk "dezelfde" mensen te sturen. Dat appreciëren we heel hard. De prijszettingen zijn correct dus ook geen reden om zomaar te gaan shoppen bij anderen. Het is aangenaam samenwerken, we krijgen snel reactie. En als er eens iets minder was (we blijven werken met mensen, geen goederen) dan kunnen we dit ook openlijk bespreken. Dat is veel waard!

With the trade fairs in the spring, the many company events and sporting promotions, the agenda of this People Agency is once again quite full. “But we certainly still have room to support new events,” laughs Peter Desart, who co-heads The Frontline Company.

Voor de opening van een nieuwe site op het Thor Park in Genk, namelijk Construc Thor, hebben we beroep gedaan op The Frontline Colmpany. Ze stonden in om de minister, burgemeester en alle uitgenodigde gasten warm te verwelkomen, hen te begeleiden naar de juiste plaatsen en hen te woord te staan wanneer dit nodig was.
