RLVenue Coleman

RLVenue Coleman is a bookable event venue in historic downtown Coleman, Texas, offering a range of indoor and outdoor spaces for weddings, private celebrations and corporate functions. Its 19,000-square-foot facility is divided into four distinct areas, giving event planners options for different styles and sizes of gathering.

The Tasting Room suits smaller occasions such as birthdays, anniversaries, bridal and baby showers, and meetings. It can accommodate up to 75 people. For larger gatherings, the Barrel Room is presented as a setting for company events, conferences and seminars. The Crush Pad is a semi-outdoor space suited to cocktail hours, performances and informal celebrations, while the covered RLV Patio provides an outdoor option for group events.

The venue offers room set-up, communication with the event host and on-site staffing. In-house catering is also available, with menus that can be tailored to the occasion and include options ranging from appetisers to main courses and desserts. Planners can enquire about packages and meal choices when arranging an event.

Alongside private bookings, RLVenue operates BarLVenue, a public bar and tasting room with drinks, food and scheduled live entertainment. Its event spaces are separately promoted for hire, so organisers can discuss the room, catering and support that best fit their plans. The venue is located at 415 S Commercial Avenue in Coleman.
