The Hive on Loockerman

The Hive on Loockerman is a flexible event venue in downtown Dover, Delaware, suited to organisers looking for a welcoming space for smaller gatherings. Its approximately 1,800 square feet can accommodate up to 50 guests, making it an option for business meetings, workshops, community gatherings and private celebrations. The layout can be adapted to suit different event formats and group sizes.

The venue includes tables and chairs, Wi-Fi and built-in audiovisual equipment, including sound, microphones and TV monitors. Organisers can book the space for private use and manage their own setup and event, or request a full-service arrangement. For events with additional support, the team offers planning, design, decor, setup and coordination, with services tailored to the occasion.

The Hive also rents furniture, decor and event equipment, either as individual items or as sets. These rentals can be used at the venue or at another event location, giving organisers the option to source equipment without booking the space itself. Prospective clients can arrange a tour to view the venue and discuss their plans before booking.

Located on West Loockerman Street, the venue brings together practical facilities and a central Dover address. Its mix of room hire, technical essentials and optional event support makes it suitable for organisers planning an intimate celebration, a focused working session or a community occasion. Capacity and included equipment offer a useful starting point when assessing whether the space fits the needs of a particular event.
