Jacksonville Equestrian Center

Jacksonville Equestrian Center is a large, multi-purpose venue available to organisers of equestrian competitions, shows and other public events. Set on more than 80 acres in Jacksonville, the site combines indoor and outdoor arenas with extensive stabling, making it suited to events that need space for both participants and horses.

The main arena features a show ring, covered staging and warm-up areas, fixed spectator seating, offices and a ticket office. The grounds also include a covered arena, outdoor riding rings, a turf arena and multiple barns. Organisers can review facility diagrams and layouts when planning their event, and can contact the centre directly to discuss availability and rental rates.

The venue’s programme includes horse shows and other sporting competitions, as well as events such as rodeos, dog agility trials and agricultural fairs. Its flexible spaces and event infrastructure may also suit organisers looking for a substantial indoor or outdoor setting for a public gathering or exhibition. Concessions are available for many events, with catering also offered. Vendors are generally coordinated through show promoters, and the centre may require preferred vendors for some events.

For multi-day events, the site offers nearby RV spaces with utility hookups, and guests can access the barns and arenas on foot. Jacksonville Equestrian Center is part of the Cecil Recreation Complex and provides an event rental enquiry route for organisers to discuss their requirements with the facility team.
