The Plex

The Plex is a large indoor venue in San Jose for children’s birthday parties, private celebrations and corporate events. Its event spaces can host groups ranging from 20 to 5,000, with options including banquet and breakout rooms, indoor turf fields and multi-purpose rinks. The venue also provides free parking, Wi-Fi and audiovisual equipment.

For children’s birthdays, bookable packages combine a party space, food and activities. Depending on the package, guests can enjoy inflatable play areas, arcade games, skating or organised field activities such as soccer, bubble soccer, Nerf games and flag football. Pizza and drinks are included, and a party attendant helps guide the celebration. Private rooms may be available at an additional cost, subject to availability.

The Plex also caters for adult and company gatherings, including meetings, team-building days, cocktail parties, banquets, reunions and baby showers. Organisers can build a programme around activities such as dodgeball, volleyball, arcade games, batting cages and the golf simulator. The venue can combine these with meeting space, food and beverage options to suit the group and occasion. Event coordinators are available to discuss room choices, activities and event requirements.

With its mix of flexible function spaces and recreational facilities, The Plex is suited to planners seeking an indoor venue where guests can meet, celebrate or take part in shared activities. Birthday packages and private-event enquiries are handled separately, allowing organisers to explore the arrangements that best fit their event.
