Kansas Beach Hospitality & Events

Kansas Beach Hospitality & Events is a private wedding venue set among the open farmland of central Kansas, near Brookville. Couples can hold their ceremony and reception on the same property, with indoor and outdoor spaces that make it possible to plan around the setting and the weather. The venue is designed for gatherings of around 50 to 300 guests, with seating for up to 250 at tables alongside space for dancing.

A notable feature is the option to make the celebration a longer stay. Depending on the chosen package, the property’s house and on-site accommodation can be included, giving couples and their guests more time together for preparation, rehearsal, the wedding itself and a less hurried departure. Packages range from venue-only access to multi-day arrangements, with some options including planning visits and extras such as linens or lawn games. Additional services, including table and chair set-up, sound system preparation and extra venue time, may also be arranged.

Facilities include tables and chairs, a stage and dance area, lighting, a prep kitchen, Wi-Fi, parking and an outdoor yard with a fire pit. Couples may select their own caterer and other suppliers, including a DJ, decorator and wedding planner. The site also provides an indoor option if conditions change, and has an accessible restroom and paved access near the entrance. Located within reach of Salina, Wichita, Manhattan, Hutchinson and Hays, Kansas Beach offers organisers a countryside setting with practical event facilities and flexible access for a wedding weekend.
