Sugar Shack Farms LLC

Sugar Shack Farms is a rustic wedding and event venue in Milner, Georgia, set across 30 acres of pasture, rolling hills and pecan trees. The grounds combine the countryside setting with reminders of the property’s history, including an 1893 homestead and vintage vehicles. Organisers can choose from several outdoor ceremony locations, with distinctive features such as a stone arch, a Victorian window and original farm details.

At the heart of the venue is a 3,500-square-foot reception barn with heating and air conditioning. It includes dressing rooms for the wedding party, a kitchen, a decor room, bathrooms and space for receptions. Venue hire includes tables and chairs, buffet tables, a projector and screen, and selected kitchen equipment. Food, drinks, table linens and external suppliers are not included, so organisers can plan these separately. Wedding packages include a venue coordinator service, and tours are available by appointment.

The property welcomes more than weddings. It can host receptions, showers, anniversaries, birthday and graduation celebrations, reunions, proms, dances, corporate events, holiday parties, charity functions and church gatherings. The venue is also available for film and photography use, with its historic buildings, open land and farm scenery offering varied backdrops. Individual photography sessions can be booked by appointment. With indoor reception space, outdoor ceremony options and an expansive rural setting, Sugar Shack Farms gives event planners a flexible location for occasions that suit a country atmosphere.
