Parkside Studios rents out versatile spaces for events in Offenbach am Main. The venue is in a listed industrial building that once housed the Oehler-Werke. Its historic architecture provides a distinctive setting for business and private occasions, as well as cultural events and creative productions.
Event planners can choose between two studios. Studio 1 covers 120 square metres and can accommodate around 120 people. It includes a lounge area, a 20-square-metre balcony, a cloakroom and a make-up area. Studio 2 covers 150 square metres and is designed for around 100 people. Both rooms have Wi-Fi, high-voltage power connections and full blackout facilities. A white photography wall also makes the studios suitable for photo shoots, film productions and presentations.
The rooms are suitable for seminars, product presentations, marketing events and company anniversaries, among other things. They can also host birthday parties, wedding celebrations and club meetings. Cultural organisers use the venue for concerts, film screenings, theatre, dance, readings and exhibitions. Guests can also make use of a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area. The courtyard has parking for around 50 vehicles.
The studios are available to rent individually or, by arrangement, for events and productions spanning both spaces. Catering, drinks and end-of-event cleaning are not included in the studio price. Prospective clients can arrange a viewing and discuss their plans with the team. With its quiet location near the Main and easy access from Offenbach city centre and the Rhine-Main region, the venue offers a distinctive setting for a range of event formats.
