Birchwood Lakes Colony Club

Birchwood Lakes Colony Club maintains a private lake community in Medford, New Jersey, and makes its clubhouse available to organisers planning private gatherings. The clubhouse can host events for up to 70 guests, making it a practical choice for smaller celebrations and get-togethers.

The room is equipped with tables and chairs, a full kitchen and powder rooms. Heating and air conditioning help keep the space comfortable throughout the year, while ample parking is available for guests. Organisers can enquire about dates through the clubhouse rental page, check the availability calendar and review the rental guidelines before booking. The venue lists different rates for members and non-members, and also offers a weekday daytime rental option.

The club is rooted in its local residential community and manages facilities including the clubhouse, lakes, beaches and recreation areas. Its regular programme includes neighbourhood social gatherings and seasonal celebrations for members. For event planners, however, the key service is the clubhouse hire: non-members are welcome to enquire about using the room for private events. This gives local organisers a straightforward indoor setting with useful event basics already in place, while leaving them to arrange any additional services they may need. Contact the clubhouse manager to discuss availability and rental details for your event.
