Espace Coatigrac'h

121 Rocade de Quimill, 29150 Châteaulin, France

L'Espace Coatigrac'h is a versatile municipal hall in Châteaulin, in Finistère. The town makes it available for hire to associations and individuals wishing to organise an event. Its large capacity makes it a suitable option for gatherings, concerts, bingo events, car boot sales, trade fairs and association meetings, depending on the needs of each project.
The venue covers 1,308 m², divided into three areas that can be separated by curtains. The main hall offers 1,140 m², complemented by a foyer, a kiosk and two dressing rooms. A 42 m² space can accommodate a caterer, making it practical to arrange an external catering service. The stated capacity is up to 1,200 people standing. Organisers have tables, chairs and a 6 x 4 metre stage at their disposal. Other equipment can be requested, including a sound system, tiered seating, exhibition panels, wifi or extra furniture.
Two car parks are listed at the venue. To book, first send a pre-booking form to the town hall at least three months before the requested date. Once availability has been checked, the town will confirm its response and, where applicable, send an agreement and the relevant quotes. This flexible hall suits organisers looking for a large space that can be adapted to the layout of their event.
