Lokschuppen Event GmbH

Stadtheider Straße 11, 33609 Bielefeld, Germany

Der Lokschuppen in Bielefeld is a versatile event venue in a historic building dating from 1905. Event planners can enquire about using the halls for company celebrations, meetings, conferences, trade fairs, school-leaving proms, private celebrations, concerts and other types of event. Its original industrial character, with brick walls and steel beams, defines the atmosphere and makes it suitable for events seeking a distinctive setting.
The rooms can be adapted to suit each event concept and, in some cases, used independently of one another. Options include the large Lok.Halle, covering 1,410 square metres, the 592-square-metre Lok.Werk and other indoor and outdoor areas. Depending on the seating arrangement and use, the spaces can accommodate anything from smaller gatherings to large events. For concerts, the Lok.Halle can host up to 3,000 guests, and it can also be set up for banquets, row seating and parliamentary seating. The Lok.Werk can also be arranged for banquets, meetings, concerts and disco events.
The venue supports event planners with planning, implementation and delivery, and offers the opportunity to develop events together with the on-site team. Facilities include stage and bar areas. The site is suitable for business occasions and sales events, as well as celebrations and public programmes. Its flexible layout allows organisers to adapt the size and running order to their specific concept. Der Lokschuppen therefore combines a distinctive historic setting with adaptable spaces for a range of event types.
