Washakie County Fairgrounds

Washakie County Fairgrounds is a public event site in Worland, Wyoming, with spaces used for community gatherings, agricultural events and live entertainment. The grounds include an arena, an open grass area and a stage, providing different settings for activities ranging from rodeo events and livestock displays to outdoor performances and community celebrations.

The annual Washakie County Fair is a prominent fixture at the grounds, with a programme that has included rodeo events, concerts, family activities and shows. Beyond fair week, local event listings also show other gatherings taking place at the site, making it a useful location for organisers looking for an outdoor or arena-based setting in the area.

Washakie County records identify fairgrounds rental as a source of revenue, and the county lists a dedicated fairgrounds scheduling contact. Organisers can therefore contact the county to ask about availability, rental arrangements and which parts of the site may suit their plans. The website provides a view of how the arena, grass area and stage are used, though specific capacities, equipment, catering and hire packages should be confirmed directly.

Located at 501 15 Mile Road, the fairgrounds serve Worland and the wider Washakie County community. The varied outdoor spaces are suited to events that need room for activities, audiences or a stage programme. For organisers planning a fair, rodeo, concert or community gathering, the county can advise on the facilities and booking details relevant to the proposed event.
