Tarrant Events Center

Tarrant Events Center is a flexible venue in Haltom City, serving event planners across the Fort Worth area. Its indoor hall and adjoining outdoor grounds can accommodate gatherings ranging from smaller celebrations to events for as many as 300 guests. The combination of covered indoor space and shaded outdoor areas gives organisers room to plan receptions, ceremonies, dinners and other occasions in one location.

The venue is suited to weddings, rehearsal dinners, bridal showers and quinceañeras, as well as corporate meetings, company dinners, holiday parties and birthday celebrations. Organisers can arrange the layout to suit their event, with moveable tables and chairs, a customisable stage and two VIP rooms. A street-level overhead door can also help with deliveries and event set-up.

For presentations and entertainment, the space includes multiple LED screens for displaying videos, photographs or presentations. Food arrangements are flexible: organisers can bring their own food, hire a food truck or work with a caterer of their choice. This lets planners shape the catering to the style and needs of their gathering.

With indoor and outdoor areas, presentation facilities and adaptable catering arrangements, Tarrant Events Center offers a practical setting for both social occasions and business functions. Event planners can use the venue for a single celebration or build a larger programme around its available spaces and facilities.
