Botaca hires out a flexible meeting space in Bazel for organisers of business and private gatherings. The venue is suitable for meetings, seminars, training sessions and performances, as well as family celebrations and other private events. It can accommodate up to 99 people.

The space can be arranged to suit the programme and preferred layout. Options include theatre-style seating or a U-shape, with room to tailor the setup to the gathering. A projector, sound system and conference camera are available for presentations and meetings. The venue has large windows and a terrace, giving guests the option to spend time outdoors too.

Botaca offers hire by the half-day or full day. Water is included, and coffee, tea, soft drinks, beer and wine are available on site on a minibar basis. The venue does not provide its own catering, but can put organisers in touch with local partners for options such as breakfast, lunch, an aperitif or dinner. Catering, drinks and cleaning are not included in the room hire.

The space is wheelchair accessible and designed for people to meet in a quiet setting. Organisers can arrange access and service themselves if they wish, allowing for a more private gathering. Botaca is in Bazel, between Antwerp, Ghent and Brussels. Free parking is available nearby, and the venue can be reached by public transport and by ferry. The Polders van Kruibeke are close by, offering a possible setting for a walk or cycle around the programme.
