Concept Studio Events

CONCEPT STUDIO EVENTS is a flexible event venue in downtown Youngstown, Ohio, for organisers seeking an intimate space they can shape around their occasion. The open-plan setting suits private celebrations, showers, weddings, business meetings, training sessions, mixers, pop-ups, markets and art events. Its central location also makes it easy for guests to continue their visit at nearby downtown bars and restaurants.

The venue gives organisers room to create their own look and choose the suppliers that fit their plans. Hosts can bring their own food and alcoholic or non-alcoholic drinks, select a caterer, and supply their own decorations. Tables, chairs and linens are available, while a prep kitchen gives caterers a practical place to work. The brick interior, high ceiling and contemporary lighting provide a distinctive backdrop that can be dressed for different styles of gathering.

Useful facilities include a Bluetooth sound system with PA, Wi-Fi, a printer, projector and screen, as well as a boxwood greenery wall. Organisers can book by the hour or for a full day, which offers flexibility for different event schedules. Whether planning a small wedding reception, a family celebration or a work session, hosts can adapt the space to suit the guest experience they have in mind. CONCEPT STUDIO EVENTS provides the venue, while organisers retain freedom over food, drinks, vendors and decor.
