Salle polyvalente de Drumettaz-Clarafond
- 371 Route du Chef-Lieu, 73420 Drumettaz-Clarafond, France
The municipality of Drumettaz-Clarafond has five halls available to hire: la grande salle, la salle Didelle, la salle Pertuiset, la salle Potis and la salle du Moulin. This gives organisers a choice of space to suit their plans, whether for a family reception, a meeting or an event organised by an association. The availability of la grande salle can be checked in an online calendar, and you can submit a request to place a provisional hold. The booking is confirmed only after the town hall has responded.
The hire conditions depend on the applicant's profile and the event. Associations and businesses from outside the area can hire the halls for non-profit events. For residents of the municipality, bookings include weddings, christenings, communions, milestone birthdays, retirement parties and other ceremonies specified by the municipal authorities. The municipality may consider any request that does not fall within the listed cases.
Organisers can obtain information and submit their requests to the municipal department responsible for hall hire. Deposits are required, including a guarantee for restoring the premises and a cleaning deposit, with the amount varying according to the hall. Located in Savoie, near Aix-les-Bains, this municipal offer is therefore aimed mainly at residents and local organisations looking for a venue for a celebration or gathering governed by the town hall's booking rules.
