On the event day, PALMHOUSE staff work with the event planner and suppliers to help the booking run smoothly.

The venue offers two bars and custom beverage packages, and it is the exclusive provider of drinks for events held there. Food is provided by its in-house catering partner, Green Spoon Kitchen. Organisers may also work with licensed and insured outside suppliers for services such as decor and music, subject to the venue's requirements.
