The Grand Venue is a 6,100-square-foot indoor space with seating for up to 300 guests, a dance floor, a caterer's kitchen, an indoor bar and a dedicated area for a DJ or band. Outside, a ceremony site with a covered altar and pews sits near the courtyard, where guests can enjoy the open-air setting and sunset views. Tables and chairs are included in the venue rental, and the team handles final cleaning.

For smaller gatherings, the Grand Manor can host up to 50 people. The venue welcomes weddings as well as bridal and graduation celebrations, birthdays, anniversaries and corporate events. Organisers may bring professional suppliers, and the venue maintains a preferred list for services such as catering and event coordination. Its policies require insured catering for food and a licensed, insured bartender when alcohol is served.

On-site accommodation adds the option of making a wedding into a weekend stay. The Grand Manor sleeps up to ten guests and includes bedrooms, a kitchen and shared living areas. The separate Grand Cave sleeps two and provides a private space for the wedding party.
