Berry Center

The Berry Center is a multi-space event venue in Cypress, serving organisers from the local area and Northwest Houston. Its facilities cater for a wide range of occasions, from meetings and banquets to conferences, exhibitions, performances, graduations and large public gatherings. Non-district organisations can enquire about hosting an event, with an event coordinator following up on booking requests.

The conference centre provides more than 15,000 square feet of indoor space, with room layouts that can be arranged in a variety of configurations. It is suited to smaller meetings as well as larger presentations, banquets and exhibits. For events requiring a much bigger audience, the arena offers 25,000 square feet and around 8,300 seats. The stadium, with capacity for 11,000, is another option for large-scale occasions, while the theatre has more than 450 seats and full audiovisual production facilities for performances and presentations.

Outdoor areas around the complex can also be used for community events, festivals and fun runs. With several distinct spaces at one location, organisers can consider the setting and scale that best match their programme. The venue also publishes accessibility information, including wheelchair access across its facilities, and provides directions and parking guidance for visitors. Event enquiries are submitted through the Berry Center's booking process, which asks organisers to provide details such as the event date, attendance and audiovisual requirements.
