Le Pôle festif is a municipal venue in La Talaudière for community gatherings, business meetings and private celebrations. Businesses and organisations from La Talaudière can hold congresses, conferences or general meetings there. Local associations and adult residents of the municipality can also request use of the spaces for meals, weddings, wedding receptions or family gatherings. Hire is subject to eligibility conditions and venue availability, so it is best to check the arrangements with the town hall before making plans.

The main room can be configured as three separate spaces. Its maximum capacity is 245 seated or 400 standing, making it suitable for different layouts depending on the format of the event. The venue also has two dressing rooms reserved for performers and two kitchen areas, one of which is equipped for reheating, cold storage and professional washing. However, preparing meals on site is not permitted. Meals served must be delivered by a professional caterer or brought by participants under chilled conditions.

Hire can be requested for a half-day, a full day or a weekend, subject to available slots and the municipal rules in force. Tables and chairs are provided, but setting them up and leaving the venue as it was found are the users' responsibility. To have a request considered, organisers must tell the town hall the type of event, its date and the expected number of participants.
