Ohio Event Center at Cherry Valley Hotel

Ohio Event Center at Cherry Valley Hotel is a flexible venue in Newark, near Columbus, for organisers planning business events, public shows and private celebrations. Its large, open event space can be arranged for conferences, conventions, trade shows, launches, award ceremonies, galas, weddings and receptions. The venue also welcomes specialist gatherings such as craft shows, car shows, dance competitions, fundraisers and sporting events.

Organisers can work with the venue team and preferred suppliers to shape the layout around their plans. The centre provides a climate-controlled setting, high ceilings, level flooring and a large loading door, useful when bringing in display stands, equipment or production materials. On-site facilities include a registration area, private office space, catering concessions, bar options and audiovisual services. Sample layouts illustrate different arrangements for banquets, conferences, exhibitions and other event formats.

The connected Cherry Valley Hotel gives planners the option to combine event space with guest accommodation and additional meeting rooms. Its wider facilities include several function rooms and ballrooms, an outdoor garden, dining options and rooms for overnight stays. This makes the location suitable for multi-day meetings, wedding celebrations with room blocks, and events where guests benefit from staying on site.

Event planners can contact the sales team to discuss dates, guest numbers, room requirements and a tailored proposal. The venue is designed to accommodate a range of event sizes, from smaller meetings in dedicated rooms to large-scale gatherings in the main event centre. Its location in Newark places it within reach of Columbus while offering a single site for event space, hospitality and accommodation.
