Trust Center

Trust Center is a renovated former bank building in downtown Brevard, North Carolina, offering event and meeting space to eligible nonprofit organisations. The venue's historic character and central location give organisers a distinctive setting for community gatherings, receptions and business meetings.

The main space is a ballroom of approximately 1,984 square feet. It can accommodate around 145 guests seated at tables, or up to 200 in a chairs-only or standing arrangement. Organisers can also rent the ballroom together with the upstairs conference room for additional space. The conference room is suited to smaller meetings and intimate gatherings, with a large table, a kitchenette, a technical system and seating for 14 at the table. Its stated overall capacity is 29.

Practical facilities include an area for caterers to prepare and set up, on-site parking, several restrooms and a coat area housed in the building's former bank vault. These features give event planners useful support for hosting a gathering while arranging their own catering and event details.

There is an important booking restriction: the venue is available only to 501(c)(3) nonprofit organisations based in Western North Carolina. The building was restored by the Pisgah Health Foundation and retains historic architectural details alongside its updated event spaces.
