The Roxy Theatre

The Roxy Theatre is a live music venue on West Sunset Boulevard in West Hollywood, with a dedicated rental service for event organisers. Alongside its concert programme, the venue is available for corporate events, award shows, receptions, film and television shoots, and third-party promoted shows. Its established music-club setting offers a distinctive option for organisers seeking a compact venue with a strong stage presence.

The room can accommodate up to 500 guests for a standing concert. For a cocktail reception, the stated capacity is 350, while theatre-style seating can be arranged for 228 guests, with additional places in the built-in booths. The venue also lists banquet layouts, with capacity varying according to the room setup and whether a dance floor is included.

Facilities include a built-in stage, sound and lighting designed for the room, an elevated VIP area, a built-in bar, and dressing rooms for performers or presenters. The venue's team can assist with event coordination, production, operations and execution, making the space suitable for organisers who need support as well as a place to host their guests. A prominent marquee provides a way to welcome attendees and display an event or company name.

Set on the Sunset Strip, The Roxy combines a recognisable music venue atmosphere with practical infrastructure for live entertainment and private hire. Organisers can enquire about availability and event arrangements through its rental contact. Capacity and room configuration depend on the event format, so these details should be confirmed when planning a booking.
