Kleinkunst-Café Zum fröhlichen Nix is in Blaubeuren's old town and offers a personal setting for private celebrations. Birthdays, weddings, christenings and class reunions can all take place here in a relaxed atmosphere. By arrangement, the rooms can also be used outside regular opening hours, provided no event is already scheduled. The size and arrangements are discussed individually, as there are no set celebration packages.
Hosts can choose how catering is arranged. They can put together and bring their own buffet, or the café can coordinate an offer with regional partners. Flammkuchen are also available for smaller gatherings. Hosts can bring their own decorations or share their ideas, so that suitable decorations can be arranged together.
Anyone planning an additional programme can discuss suitable contributions with the team. Thanks to its contacts with artists and creative professionals, the café can help arrange music, cabaret, acrobatics, talks, magic or craft activities, for example. A stage with stage lighting and a PA system is available. This makes it a suitable venue for celebrations where, alongside spending time together, there is room for a small performance or cultural programme item.
The café itself runs a changing cultural programme featuring live music, cabaret, quiz and games evenings, workshops, talks and exhibitions. In summer, a courtyard area also invites guests to relax. Event planners and hosts can discuss their initial ideas directly with the owner and work out together whether the date, arrangements and services they want are a good fit for the venue.
