University of Mary offers a range of campus venues in Bismarck, North Dakota, for organisers planning meetings, dinners, seminars, conferences and corporate gatherings. The spaces vary from small boardrooms for focused discussions to larger rooms suited to receptions and events with hundreds of guests. Several locations also provide views across the Missouri River Valley.

Founders Hall is the largest listed space, with flexible seating for 200 to 740 guests, a sound system, projectors, screens and a portable stage. For smaller gatherings, Chick's Place can be arranged for dinners, socials or meetings, with seating for 50 to 150, a bar area and presentation equipment. The Apple Creek Gallery can be divided into two rooms or used as one, with several seating layouts and facilities for presentations and video conferencing. More intimate options include the Breton Salon, suitable for private dinners, and boardrooms equipped for meetings and presentations.

Additional spaces on the south side of campus include the Harold Schafer Leadership Center Great Room, which accommodates up to 80, and boardrooms for smaller meetings. Organisers can discuss the right room, availability and rates with the Hospitality Office. University staff are available to answer questions and provide individual coordination for bookings.

With varied room sizes, adaptable layouts and built-in technology in many spaces, the campus can suit occasions ranging from a small business meeting to a large conference or dinner. The University notes that other classrooms or campus spaces may also be available, subject to availability and fees.
