Event Arena Remscheid GmbH

Prešover Str. 16-20, 42859 Remscheid, Germany

The Event Arena in Remscheid hires out rooms for private celebrations and business events. As a function hall, the venue is suitable for weddings, corporate celebrations, galas, school proms and other occasions. The rooms can be adapted to suit different types of event and individual requirements, from a formal dinner to a party with dancing and a stage programme.
For businesses, the Event Arena provides a setting for meetings, seminars, conferences, product presentations, anniversaries and formal corporate events. The technical facilities include projection and audio equipment, among other things. The room layout and design can be adapted to suit the event schedule. For weddings, the team supports couples with individual planning and can help with decorations, table settings and on-site coordination.
In-house catering complements the room hire. Depending on the occasion, organisers can request menus, buffets or finger food. Service staff to look after guests during the event are also available. This makes it possible to coordinate the venue, catering and support services together.
The venue is centrally located in Remscheid and can be reached by public transport. There are covered, free car parking spaces at the building, as well as designated accessible parking spaces. The event room and toilet facilities are accessible. Visits can be arranged by appointment, as can a tasting. Organisers can include the occasion, preferred date, number of guests and their preferences for the menu and schedule in their enquiry. The team will help with further arrangements, and a member of staff will be on site during the event as a point of contact.
