The Hollow

Set in a wooded canyon near Sundance Resort, The Hollow offers event organisers a distinctive outdoor setting for intimate celebrations and group gatherings. The one-acre site sits beside a stream, with ponds, cascading water and forest creating a natural backdrop for ceremonies, dinners and time together outdoors.

The venue is particularly suited to boutique weddings. Stewart Mountain Lodging welcomes a limited number each summer, with space for up to 60 guests. Couples can enquire about the setting and arrangements for their celebration, with the woodland surroundings and stream providing a relaxed alternative to a traditional function room.

The Hollow also hosts private events, including company retreats and family reunions. On-site private chefs can prepare tailored meals, with menus planned around guests' preferences and dietary needs. For groups looking to make more of their time in the area, Stewart Mountain Lodging can help arrange activities such as outdoor dinners by a campfire, fly fishing and horseback riding. Its wider collection of nearby cabins and homes can also help bring a group together for a retreat or reunion.

With its mountain landscape, waterside setting and intimate scale, The Hollow suits organisers seeking a memorable place for a small wedding, private dinner or gathering in the Sundance area. Event details and availability can be discussed directly with Stewart Mountain Lodging.
