Wright Place Event Space

Wright Place Event Space is a small, flexible venue in Independence, Missouri, available to hire for private celebrations and selected business gatherings. The space welcomes events such as birthday parties, baby and bridal showers, gender reveals, anniversaries, family reunions, holiday parties and small wedding receptions. It can also host networking sessions, corporate meetings and creative workshops. With room for up to 50 guests, it is suited to organisers looking for a more intimate setting than a large function hall.

The venue offers time-based packages, with different options for shorter parties and longer celebrations. Hire includes access to the space, tables and chairs, an LED wet bar, a Bluetooth sound system and Wi-Fi. Organisers can choose a deluxe package with additional lighting, a cordless microphone and a photo booth. Optional extras include table linen and chair covers, a projector and screen, seat cushions, games and special lighting effects. A photo booth service is also available, with guests able to receive and share their images.

The room's large windows bring in natural light, making it a suitable choice for daytime gatherings and photo shoots as well as evening events. Set-up and clean-up time is included within some packages, so planners should account for this when choosing their booking length. Wright Place Event Space invites prospective clients to arrange a viewing and discuss the space before reserving a date. Its combination of celebration packages, practical furnishings and optional entertainment features makes it a useful local option for planners arranging a small event in the Independence and Kansas City area.
