Stellwerk Nordbahnhof

Schwartzkopffstraße 11, 10115 Berlin, Germany

Das Stellwerk Nordbahnhof rents out distinctive spaces for events, seminars, training sessions, presentations and exhibitions in Berlin-Mitte. The former railway signal box combines historic brick architecture with a modern design featuring glass, steel and exposed concrete. This creates a distinctive setting for business events and other occasions where a central location and a venue with character are called for.

The building has flexible seminar rooms that can be adapted for different uses with mobile partition walls. The technical facilities include Wi-Fi, fibre-optic broadband, video screens and permanently installed projectors. A bright, light-filled foyer is available for events in the building. The indoor spaces also include a former cinema and a bistro.

For outdoor events, the garden with its barbecue area can be hired by the day. Here, green spaces meet original remnants of the old walls, creating an unusual outdoor area in the heart of the city. The venue is suitable for seminar days, presentations, smaller corporate events and exhibitions, among other things. Organisers can enquire about individual spaces or suitable areas of the building, depending on the occasion.

The venue is close to Nordbahnhof and Schwartzkopffstraße underground station. This gives it good public transport links and makes it easy to reach from central locations in Berlin. The combination of seminar spaces, a foyer and a garden gives event planners several options for putting together a programme at a historically significant location.
