Moulin des Chérottes welcomes groups to a rural estate in Mesnils-sur-Iton, in Eure. This former mill and the houses around it bring together reception spaces and accommodation, making it well suited to family celebrations, get-togethers with friends and residential seminars. Organisers can hire rooms for meetings and social time, then accommodate their guests on site without having to split the group across several locations.
The estate includes a reception room in the mill, suitable for gatherings of up to 60 people, as well as a room that can accommodate up to 80 people across the houses. Depending on the venue chosen, the spaces come with tables, seating, a sound system and useful equipment for working or socialising. Fully equipped kitchens allow groups to prepare their own meals.
The accommodation is spread across several buildings and includes bedrooms, dormitories and communal areas. The estate's total sleeping capacity is greater than the capacity of its rooms, making it possible to organise group stays over several days. Guests can also enjoy on-site activities and leisure facilities, including an indoor swimming pool, a jacuzzi, a sauna, games and outdoor areas by the Iton. Moulin des Chérottes is therefore well suited to event planners looking for a countryside venue that combines reception, accommodation and relaxation in one estate.
