409 Woodbury Events

409 Woodbury Events is a flexible indoor and outdoor venue in Altadena, close to Pasadena, available to hire for celebrations, weddings, corporate gatherings and community events. Organisers can book the Woodbury Room, the private Courtyard or the connected spaces together, with room for gatherings ranging from small groups to 150 standing guests.

The Woodbury Room offers a bright indoor setting with tables and chairs, a built-in stage, screens, microphones, an AV system and a podium. It can accommodate seated dinners, meetings, presentations and cocktail-style events. Outside, the Courtyard provides a spacious setting with pergolas, string lights and lounge seating. It can be arranged for seated dining or standing receptions, with umbrellas available for sunny days and heat lamps offered for cooler evenings. The Breezeway links the indoor and outdoor areas and can be used for welcome drinks, guest check-in, displays or mingling. The Gallery adds a useful flexible area for catering preparation, a welcome point, refreshments or vendor staging, depending on the booking.

The venue welcomes intimate weddings and receptions, bridal and baby showers, birthdays, rehearsal dinners, workshops, corporate meetings, networking events, presentations, photo shoots and community gatherings. Hosts can bring their own caterer and licensed food vendors, with preparation and counter space available, although there is no stove. Standard furniture is included and can be rearranged to suit the event, while additional furniture and setup assistance may be available. WiFi, private restrooms and free street parking are also provided. Tours are available by appointment, giving event planners the opportunity to view the spaces and discuss the setup for their event.
