Queeres Zentrum Mannheim e.V.

G7 14, 68159 Mannheim, Germany

Das Queere Zentrum Mannheim is a meeting and event venue for queer people, groups and organisations from Mannheim and the Rhine-Neckar region. Its rooms host events on a range of themes, group meetings, workshops and cultural activities. The centre also provides opportunities for people to connect and network. Event planners and organisations looking for a venue for a suitable meeting or a community-focused event can contact the team to ask about the options and availability of the rooms.

An open café is another part of what the centre offers. It welcomes people to get together during regular opening hours and can also be visited while events are taking place. Hot and cold drinks are available, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic. The centre does not provide food, but guests are welcome to bring their own. The café is therefore a place for conversation and informal exchange, not a catering service.

QZM is committed to creating an environment that is as inclusive, anti-racist and accessible as possible. The entrance is step-free, and there is also an accessible toilet. This makes the venue accessible to a range of groups. The centre is primarily aimed at queer communities and their allies, but it also works with organisations and individuals from outside the community. For event enquiries, information about the rooms and organisational arrangements, it is best to contact the centre directly.
