Events at Refinery

Events at Refinery is a Champaign venue for weddings, celebrations and business gatherings, with several spaces suited to different group sizes. Its largest room is a ballroom with maple flooring and floor-to-ceiling windows. Studio A&B accommodates up to 220 guests, Studio C&D up to 250, and the studios can be combined for larger events. The Champagne Room offers a more intimate setting for groups of up to 50, while bridal suites provide space for wedding parties to get ready.

The venue hosts wedding ceremonies and receptions, rehearsal dinners, bridal showers, birthday parties, anniversaries, reunions, fundraisers, conferences, training sessions, networking events and company parties. Couples can arrange a ceremony and reception at the same location. Reception packages include tables, chairs, linens and napkins, with a five-hour event period and set-up and take-down handled by staff. Optional upgrades include Chiavari chairs, uplighting, draping, charger plates and other decorative details.

Organisers can choose from cash bar, consumption-based bar and beverage package options. The venue also offers event concierge services, which can help coordinate selected suppliers such as photographers, DJs, caterers, florists and cake providers. Outside caterers may be permitted with the required documentation, giving planners flexibility over their event arrangements. With adaptable layouts, included furnishings and several room configurations, Events at Refinery can accommodate both smaller gatherings and larger celebrations in one Champaign location.
