The Warehouse @ King Mill

The Warehouse @ King Mill is a flexible event venue in Augusta, Georgia, set within the historic King Mill area. Its industrial character, lounge-style interior and furnished outdoor deck give organisers a choice of settings for weddings, private celebrations and corporate gatherings. The venue can accommodate events for up to 200 guests, with the layout and suitable space depending on the size and format of the occasion.

Organisers can arrange a tour and discuss the event with the venue team before booking. An event coordinator is involved in planning, including arrangements for set-up and decoration. Clients may bring their own décor team, and can choose a preferred catering supplier or arrange their own caterer, subject to a venue fee. The building does not have a full kitchen, but it provides a food staging area, warming accessories, an ice maker and coolers for event catering.

The deck provides an outdoor option for guest mingling and smaller gatherings, while the lounge offers a more relaxed indoor setting. Free on-site parking is available, along with a vendor loading area that can be arranged in advance. Venue packages include a security guard, with additional requirements depending on guest numbers and whether alcohol is served. These features make the space suitable for organisers seeking a distinctive, adaptable location for a celebration, reception or business event in Augusta.
