The Exchange Event Center

The Exchange Event Center offers event organisers a choice of flexible spaces on a 3.5-acre site in McGregor, Texas. Its main hall is a renovated, 15,000-square-foot venue suited to larger gatherings, while the Cavitt Caufield Center provides a more intimate setting for smaller functions, meetings and presentations.

The main hall can accommodate up to 600 guests at tables or 950 for a standing reception. Its adaptable layout and variable lighting make it suitable for weddings, banquets, reunions, proms, trade shows, fundraisers, business events and other celebrations. Facilities include a catering kitchen, green room, storage, restrooms, a house sound system and large projection screens. Audio-visual equipment can also be booked for an additional fee. Organisers can enquire about extras such as stage hire, linens, pipe and drape, a mobile bar and selected decorative features.

For gatherings of up to 65 seated guests, the Cavitt Caufield Center offers a compact alternative, with space for up to 100 people at a standing event. It has restrooms, a refrigerator, a countertop, storage and presentation equipment, including a television and sound system. Different rental periods are available, with rates depending on the space, day and length of hire.
