Salle polyvalente de Vaulnaveys-le-Haut

114 Impasse du Champ de Foire, 38410 Vaulnaveys-le-Haut, France

The multipurpose hall in Vaulnaveys-le-Haut is a municipal venue for parties, receptions and community gatherings. Located at place du Champ de Foire, it can accommodate up to 295 people standing, although this capacity may need to be reduced depending on the space taken up by the equipment installed. For seated events, the hall has tables and chairs for 200 people.

Associations in the commune are given priority when bookings are allocated. If the schedule allows, the hall can also be hired for private events or other occasions organised locally. The options available include weekend hire, weekday slots for conferences and bookings during the holidays. Conditions and prices vary depending on the period, the type of use and the applicant's place of residence.

Organisers can choose additional options, such as a multimedia package or access to the dishwasher and warming equipment. A deposit and an advance payment are required when booking. The hall is therefore a practical way to bring guests together in a flexible community venue, with furniture already available and facilities suited to different layouts. Rental enquiries, availability and terms of use should be checked with the town hall of Vaulnaveys-le-Haut, which manages bookings.
