Acrisure Arena

Acrisure Arena is a large, multi-purpose venue in Palm Desert, serving event planners across the Coachella Valley and greater Palm Springs area. Alongside its programme of concerts and sporting events, the arena offers its spaces for private and corporate bookings, from meetings and dinners to galas, conferences, conventions, trade shows and receptions.

The venue has around 27,000 square feet of event space and can accommodate gatherings ranging from small groups to audiences of up to 11,000. Organisers can enquire about hiring the full arena or choosing from a range of indoor and outdoor spaces, including premium clubs and lounges, an outdoor plaza, a dining patio and the Berger Foundation Iceplex. The arena floor can be configured for standing receptions, seated dinners, shows and exhibitions, with access to the venue's video board, sound and lighting facilities.

Event support includes room set-up, audio-visual equipment and catering. The in-house hospitality team offers customisable menus, including options for different dietary requirements, while the arena can also work with outside suppliers for services such as flowers, tents and entertainment. With several spaces and layouts available, planners can discuss a set-up suited to the size and style of their event. The venue's event team handles booking enquiries and can help organisers identify a suitable space and plan the details of their occasion.
