G3 Studio rents out a spacious loft in München-Neuhausen to businesses and event planners. The 378 m² venue can host meetings, conferences, workshops and training sessions, as well as corporate events, get-togethers, product presentations and press events. The space can also be hired by the day for pop-ups and showrooms. Private parties are generally not part of the offering.

The ground-floor studio has natural light from two sides and a ceiling height of around five metres. Depending on the seating layout and schedule, it can accommodate up to 199 people standing or up to 120 people seated. The open space can be arranged flexibly, making it possible to hold different parts of a programme in the same place, such as a daytime workshop followed by a reception. The venue also has its own courtyard.

The facilities include lounge furniture, an information display, a lighting setup and high-speed Wi-Fi. A projector, screen and wireless microphones are available, and a PA system can be booked for an additional charge. Additional services such as catering, drinks, equipment, furniture and staff can be arranged by agreement. You can also use your own caterers or have food delivered. A ground-level access route is available for set-up and clear-up, and lorries weighing up to 7.5 tonnes can drive directly up to the gate.

Hire times can be arranged between 6 am and midnight. Events must be booked for at least six hours, while pop-ups and showrooms can also be hired for a full day. The studio is a few minutes' walk from Rotkreuzplatz underground station, making it a convenient venue for business events with guests from Munich and other regions.
