The Munchhausen multi-purpose hall is a municipal venue available for private events, association events and meetings. It hosts weddings, family parties and other celebrations, as well as cultural and sporting events. Organisers can choose from several spaces to suit the format of their event: a large hall, an extension and an entrance hall. The large hall can accommodate up to 500 people, the extension up to 90 people and the entrance hall up to 50 people, making it suitable for gatherings of various sizes.

Hire of the large hall includes access to the kitchen. Different rates apply to local associations, residents of Munchhausen, and individuals or associations from outside the area. The hire conditions also specify possible additional charges, including heating and cleaning if the cleaning is not carried out as requested. A deposit and proof of public liability insurance are required for individuals and users from outside the area.

The municipality manages booking enquiries. Organisers can contact the town hall to check availability, applicable rates and practical arrangements before planning their event. With its complementary spaces and range of capacities, this municipal hall is suitable for family celebrations as well as association, cultural and sporting events.
