Ut Tref is a community centre and event venue in Venlo-Zuid, housed in a former parish building. Its rooms are available to hire for a wide range of private and business gatherings. These include weddings, anniversaries, birthdays, communions, family days, reunions and staff parties. The venue also offers suitable space for a performance, presentation, course or meeting.

The versatile ground-floor room can be adapted to the group size and preferred layout using sliding partitions and curtains. It can host parties for around 20 to 200 people. The room has lighting and sound equipment and opens onto a terrace in summer. Ut Tref can advise on the layout and atmosphere, and can help arrange food, drink and entertainment. For buffets, the venue works with a professional caterer.

There are also various options for business gatherings. In addition to the large room, there are three meeting rooms for smaller groups. Meetings, workshops and courses can be supplemented with options such as coffee, tea, a projector, lunch or other packages. The rooms are suitable for groups ranging from a few people to larger parties.

Ut Tref also provides funeral receptions and memorial gatherings, with an offering that can be tailored to the family's wishes. Its central location, parking by the door and range of room sizes make the venue suitable for organisers looking for a practical, adaptable space in Venlo for a gathering or party.
